Just over bridge waiting for Kristy and Steve-100 km marker for west coast wilderness trial marker, some long stretches of old railway cycling to come and huge braided rivers with limestone coloured rivers, breath taking 

That is I presume Frans Joseph glazier in massive retreat. Made me feel sad and guilty for what we have done

One of big snow rivers, huge boulders and so little flow at moment. Was in flood a few weeks ago

 Arrived in last night and was in a very tired state before 9 pm . Took about 1 hr to come right with fluid, food and good shower, come right may be too strong, legs feel a little wobbly still and am still tired.

Plan an earlier start and in front of us is some climbing. Have to some time, not that we haven’t climbed mind you, just that the climbs are longer and higher, but saving grace are on a good surface which make a difference. See how we go.
